I fashioned an LG L7 II case that is inspired by another case I already have. This is a hand-measured design, so it may not be entirely accurate. Additionally, I haven't tried this on the actual phone, and therefore cannot guarantee if it will fit perfectly or if the curves and edges will be smooth. As a result, I can't promise correct sizing and advise you to print at your own risk.
