I created a custom one-piece case for my LG Fortune using stiffer filaments, featuring two reliefs that allow one side to flex out and snap the phone into place. With proper printing techniques and care, I successfully inserted and removed my phone without breaking the case. I'm planning to release an updated version designed specifically for flexible filaments. The case does make the phone slightly more cumbersome in shape, but I prioritized durability over aesthetics due to these phones' tendency to break when flexed in a pocket - an issue I personally experienced. My phone withstood a 5-foot drop onto concrete while encased, though it did develop a small crack in the protective shell. Please note that the model may be scaled down by 10%, so ensure you increase its size in your slicer to achieve accurate dimensions. Additionally, when using ABS, print the case 1% larger than usual to account for expected shrinkage - I typically experience around 1% reduction with ABS, and omitting this adjustment can result in a very tight fit. Notably, my LG Fortune exhibits thermal throttling issues; however, a performance test revealed that the custom case only impacted overall speed by 1%, which falls within the margin of error for the test.
