This RAR file offers various formats of a detailed exterior model with simple interior. Each object includes its material's name for easy customization. LightWave (LWO) and Cinema 4D (C4D) formats also offer models exported without collapsing after mesh smooth. These versions are suitable for editing but may require optimization in Cinema 4D. Simple materials are provided, with textures that might need manual addition. FBX and 3DS formats provide models ready for rendering, requiring only import and material application. Again, simple materials are included, possibly necessitating additional texture input. The polycount for the model without mesh smooth is approximately 350,000 polygons across all formats, while the collapsed version (FBX, 3DS, OBJ) has around 4 million faces/2.1 million polygons.
