21/03/2019 After conducting additional field tests, we've developed an updated design that addresses some minor issues. Two supports have been added to enhance stability. Tweeter-pod-ver.-1.1 -------------------------------------------------------- A friend recently upgraded his stock music with a premium option, and one of the key components he wanted to replace was the front and back speakers. To accommodate this change, we sourced new tweeters but encountered an issue - they didn't fit within the original housing. In response, we decided to create a custom Tweeter Pod using a scanned image of the original design, which we then printed. My role in this project was to oversee the printing process for the detailed components. The Tweeter Pod was designed using Blender and exported as an STL file before being sliced with CURA 4.0 software. This tweeter pod is specifically designed for use with a STEG ST650C tweeter, featuring a 50mm outside rim diameter, a 44mm mounting diameter, and a 22mm mounting depth.
