The ink cartridge holder for my Lexmark X4550 is woefully inadequate in design, making it prone to shattering when attempting to swap out the ink cartridge. This catastrophic failure renders the entire printer unusable and, to make matters worse, the replacement part appears to be nowhere to be found.
