Lewihe Play real 30mm layer fan duct

Before you read: Check out my other improved design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1637559 To continue the work on my customized mini printer, I realized that I needed to control the layer fan with software. A software-controlled fan is crucial for some tricky prints... As usual, I couldn't find any existing design, so I created this thing. Fix the 30mm fan with a few little screws and add it to the RIGHT of the extruder using the existing M3 screw for the 40mm fan. I didn't have a better idea than using a 30mm fan due to the limited space available. I also dislike these tiny fans because they tend to fail quickly or become noisy. I'll need to think up a better solution when I have the time, maybe a bowden-like system with a blower fan, we'll see... Print the fan duct using support. UPDATE (25-MAY-2016): Pics added as requested. Tricky pics as It was almost no room to put my phone inside the printer to take the pics, sorry. I hope this clarifies something about a typical setup. I should have taken the pics when I had the hotend in my hand, prior to re-mounting it, but... when I work I get carried away hahah. UPDATE (24-MAY-2016): Shortened V2 duct in order to not interfere with some configurations of the hotend. Similar as previous design, just as using a saw to shorten it by 3mm. Previous models removed. UPDATE (11-MAY-2016): What a tricky part has been!! (V2 duct). This time I am pleased with the results. New V2 duct model uploaded. I'll upload FreeCAD sources when I have the time to make a cleanup. UPDATE (9-MAY-2016): Enhanced V2 fan duct added. This should perform better. Support required for print. Previous version will be deleted after some testing.
