The wand on my Levolor vertical blinds broke, I tried to go to Lowe's to get a replacement part and they told me I had to buy an entire new rail. Out of spite I designed this because I'm not spending more than 25 cents just to fix a tiny little gear.Taking the headpiece apart is somewhat of a pain: you have to remove the box on the rail holding the wand gear, but before that you have to remove a pin on the rail itself too. Once you've taken the box out you have to remove the other gear as well as a little tube in the gear: then you can get to the gear wand.Version 2 has some added structural integrity at the meeting point of the wand holder and the gear.Version 3 has a slightly taller gear to better catch onto the original rail gear.Credit to eleotlecram for providing the gear used on the top of this model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4194148
