I built this specifically for my own needs, but I'll share it with you - the fan cutout will have to be resized according to your desired fan size. Its design is optimized for laser cutting in 3mm-thick materials such as plywood or acrylic, and whatever other material you choose. The bolts are M3 x 12mm for assembling the box.
