Leverage Board Game
thingiverse
This is an old board game that's difficult to find anymore. My brother has the official version of it, so I took the dimensions of it and designed my own version. I printed on a plate that is 14 X 11 inches. The Leverage board is 12.6 X 8.6 inches. It's smaller than the original board due to wanting to print it in one piece. If your plate is smaller, you can always shrink the board. Just make sure to shrink everything by the same percentage. For some reason, I wasn't able to get the board to slice as it is in the file, but if I flipped it 180 so the top of the board is facing up, I was able to slice it. It just took a while for it to slice. For the penguin pieces, they only need support that's touching the build plate. The arms and nose don't need support. I printed them at an extra fine setting having the layer height to 0.06 mm. The board and base can be printed at a normal setting of layer height 0.15. You may need to balance the board by adding a bit of excess plastic to one side. You can tell if it's balanced by putting the board on the base, tipping it to one side and letting go. Make note of how close the other side of the board comes to the table. It should just barely not touch it. If it hits the table, then the other side is slightly heavier. Set it so both sides equally rock to an equal distant from the table.
