Robust and affordable lever handle safety solutions are scarce, but this innovative approach prints a custom knob featuring a captive rotating cover designed specifically for "Design House" brand lever handles. The lever's unique 10-sided stem is where the set screw attaches the handle, allowing it to be removed before installing the child lock knob. To ensure a secure fit, I opted for two longer set screws during installation.
