Lever for Grohe faucet

I've got a Grohe faucet installed in my bathroom and I'm not too thrilled about having to use the front of my hand to turn it on or off, especially with all the hygiene concerns during this COVID-19 pandemic. It seems that's how most people prefer using these types of faucets, particularly in the Netherlands. The design could be improved, but hey, it gets the job done. The faucet's diameter is 45mm, which makes it slightly awkward to use at times.
