I see what's going on here, little handle. This tiny lever serves as the backbone to the axis of the pulley or bearing, putting pressure on the gear toothed wheel that generates traction for the filament. This piece is a bit too tight when it comes to tightening the nut, so I recommend bathing the piece in some acetone to achieve a perfect fit. Good luck!
