Lever actuated pen - self locking
thingiverse
2nd generation of my 3D printed pen. It uses 2 spring (can work with 1, but 2 is more confertable. The smaller is on the top) and it closes itself with a satisfying snap. You'll need to print 1 of every part. Hardware: - Ball point pen with outer diametre of 3mm and lenght around 118mm - 1pc M3x5 (maybe file it down to around 4.5mm, but 5mm will work). This is to attach the handle to the body. - 1pc M3x5 to connect the handle with the conrod. - 1pc M3x12 to connect the piston with the conrod. - 1pc OD 4mm wire diametre 0.4mm lenght 25mm spring https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33050125940.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d3izvyN - 1pc OD 5mm wire diametre 0.4mm lenght 35mm spring https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33052926728.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d3izvyN In action: https://youtu.be/EtWW874TmO0 This is a remix from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4572416
