The bed at the 3d printer must be well leveled. Sure, there are now sensors for auto-bed leveling. - Nevertheless - the better mechanically leveled before, the less the ABL has to level or the print can be started immediately without ABL. Unfortunately, many sensors do not function reliably at higher bed temperatures and do have significant tolerances. Older 3D printers do not yet have ABL. This is where our LevelMouse comes in. Bed leveling has never been so easy. After it is to be read again and again in forums - despite auto bed leveling, that still many errors occur during bed leveling, no feeler gauge, no subjective perception is required here, when the feeler gauge "slightly scratches, is free". Simply LevelMouse underneath, pressure bed up, cock mouse, pressure bed down until mouse triggers. DONE. Perfectly leveled. Move the nozzle to the X/Y position where you want to level. place the LevelMouse right next to the Hotend so that the level paper/sensor gauge sheet is well under the Nozzle. Move the hotend to Zmin (Z=0mm). rotate the heating bed up until the level paper is firmly clamped between the bed and the Nozzle. Pull the LevelMouse away from the Nozzle so that the level paper is under tension. Now slowly and carefully rotate the print bed down until the mouse pulls the paper out with a jerk between the Nozzle and the bed. rejoice :) At this point, you have leveled perfectly! (Enter the thickness of the level paper/sensor gauge sheet in the slicer as a negative Z offset). Repeat at the other points where you want to level the bed.
