Fed up with struggling to pass a screw driver through the Print Head, I decided to take matters into my own hands. So, I drilled out the screw threads in the carriage. I grabbed some M3 x 35mm countersunk screws and nuts, and got to work. With four new wheels printed and installed, I'm now able to make finer adjustments from underneath the carriage with ease. This upgrade is a major game-changer for me. Next up, I plan on taking my Prusa i3 to the next level by installing a glass top and printing directly onto it. My current bed isn't exactly flat, so this should help improve print quality significantly.
