Leveling Gauge

Leveling Gauge

thingiverse

This was created with the Anycubic Mega-S dimensions but will work on any 3D printer with similar specs. Designed to replace the back of the Navigator 1" Dial Indicator sold on Amazon, it normally runs around $15 for the dial. For setup, start by leveling your bed and clipping the dial onto the horizontal bars of the printer. Move the bed so that you know it's pointing to a level spot. Loosen the screw on the top right to move the dial so that the arrow is pointed to zero, then tighten. Now that your gauge is set up, attach it to the bars and move your bed so that the gauge touches key points. Adjust the bed so that the gauge reads zero at each point. Unclip and reclip the gauge as needed to get around the print head. Remove before printing.
