Level-Up Game Elevation Doors

Level-Up Game Elevation Doors

prusaprinters

Here are wall segments with print-in-place working doors for my Level-Up Game Elevation platforms.  These are designed to work with games that use 10 cm square tiles (such as Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood of Venice) and, function just like the wall segments.  The doors have a couple of additional supports; there are the obvious ones on the doors themselves, but there's also one tiny support pillar between the bottom of the door and the bottom of the doorframe, very near to the hinges.  I stuck the tip of a craft knife into the gap and slowly levered it over to carve away those layers; once they were gone, the doors should be able to open and close on the hinges!  I printed this with a 0.25 mm nozzle though, so I'm not sure if the doors will work with 0.4 mm… let me know if you print it with such a nozzle and how the hinges work!As always, the .blend file and pre-supported .3mf (including one that I used to print this on my Prusa MK3 (if applicable), although the support points should work for SLA printers) for my models are available to my patrons at https://patreon.com/VirtuallyJason.
