I created an adapter for a 12mm level sensor because my existing sensor was slightly too short to reach its mounting point. To compensate, I drilled a hole and inserted a screw, which serves as a stable reference point that won't shift even when swapping out hotends. This setup also allows me to adjust the position of the sensor to suit my needs.
