Start a design based on a pictureThe basic scetch can be used to calculate forces, check load movement and make a simple model (multibodyparts) or import mean dimensions into parts.Set the angle (45 degree start position) in 'driven dimension' to move the craneThe reaction forces in the beams can be read out for every position (800mm= 800kN, dont forget to update). The reaction forces works in the centerline of the beam. The extra tension in the flyjib and the tyjib due to the ropepull is not included in the model. For extra check I made a model in Rstab to compare.
