Level indicator / Gauge for the Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 pedelec batteries I had already designed a small level indicator directly for the battery, but it was quite filigree and you had to stick it directly on the battery - not so great with a possible guarantee... Since I designed the battery mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4937996 for the wall and the batteries hang around here ready to hand, it is always questionable how many percent charge the respective battery still has? The battery capacity is only displayed on the bike, so you might pick up the wrong one and then have to go back to replace it with another one. So I needed a level indicator where you can see the remaining power at a glance. Furthermore, I didn't want to drill anything or glue anything - so what to do ? Since the battery wall brackets still have enough space, the level indicator was designed in such a way that you can simply click it into the bracket from below - it holds by itself. In the front there is a 44,5mm x 4,9mm field in which you can put any inscription from 0-100%. In a different colour you can print the "tab" for the fill level which is then simply clicked on and can be easily moved. The whole thing fits seamlessly into the wall mount and shows you quickly and easily which battery you can grab and which should be recharged. Print time PLA at 30% infill approx. 1.5 hours, the pointer approx. 20 minutes. Have fun with it. - - - - Füllstandsanzeige für die Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 Pedelec Akkus Ich hatte schon mal eine kleine Füllstandsanzeige direkt für den Akku entworfen, welches aber recht Filigran war und man musste es direkt auf den Akku kleben - bei evtl Garantie nicht so toll... Da ich ja die Akku Halter https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4937996 für Wand entworfen habe und hier die Akkus griffbereit rumhängen ist es immer fraglich wieviel Prozent Ladung der jeweilige Akku wohl noch hat ? Die Akkuleistung wird erst am Fahrrad angezeigt, so das man evtl auch den falschen greifen kann und dann noch mal zurück muss um den Akku gegen einen anderen zu Tauschen. Es musste also eine Füllstandanzeige her wo man auf einen Blick in etwa die verbliebene Leistung ablesen kann. Weiterhin wollte ich nichts weiter anbohren oder großartig Kleben - also was tun ? Da die Akku Wandhalterungen noch genug Platz haben wurde die Füllstandsanzeige so entworfen das man sie einfach von unten vorn in die Halterung einklicken kann - sie hält von allein. Vorn drin ist ein 44,5mm x 4,9mm großes Feld in dem man eine beliebige Beschriftung von 0-100% anbringen kann. In einer anderen Farbe kann man den "Reiter" für den Füllstand Drucken der dann einfach aufgeklickt wird und einfach zu verschieben ist. Das ganze fügt sich Nahtlos in die Wandhalterung ein und zeigt einem einfach und schnell welchen Akku man greifen darf und welcher mal Wieder geladen werden sollte. Druckzeit PLA bei 30% Infill ca 1,5 Stunden, Der Zeiger ca 20 Minuten. Viel Spaß damit.
