For a flat plate competition, use www.fused3d.com's 1.75mm Wood Filament for your printer. To join Makerbot's community, visit the Google group search for "Group Buy - Replicator2 Glass with Notches and Perfect Fit." Replace the standard acrylic bed with a custom glass plate from fused3d.com. Use Scotchblue 2090 Tape for better adhesion. To design your print, use OpenSCAD to create a cube with your desired dimensions in mm, then export as STL. Import into ReplicatorG and use whpthomas' RepG profile at 200 micron.
