Level bolt and flanged nut
thingiverse
I needed a level for my custom projector box to raise and lower the front end. So I took the rod and nut design from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647 And added a flange for the nut in Tinkercad so it can be screwed into the bottom of the projector box. By drilling a hole in the bottom of the projector box, the screw can be threaded in either direction. I rounded one end of the bolt so that as the projector is raised and the angle of the bolt changes it still makes contact. I made it with a low infill and it still worked great. If it was made with a 100% infill it might be able to support a fair amount of weight although I have not tested that. By putting both on the same plate in the slicer it should be able to scale although I have not tested that. And bonus I found that this makes a cool fidget spinner because the tolerance is pretty big.
