A human NLRP1 protein LRR domain model is presented in cartoon form. The LRR motif creates a horseshoe-like ?/? fold structure. NLRP1, encoded by the NLRP1 gene, contains NACHT, LRR, and PYD domains. The model is derived from Protein Data Bank entry 4IM6 and made using VMD for STL file creation. Printed successfully on a Replicator 2 with PLA, MakerWare 2.2.2.89, standard resolution (3 shells, 25% infill), raft, and supports.
