This is a custom jig for Harbor Freight 1/8-inch letter and number punches that solves the problem of holding the punch straight while hammering it into place. The jig allows the punch to move freely while maintaining its alignment, making it easier to achieve straight lines when lettering. A step inside the hole accommodates the slight flaring on the business end of these punches. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: Print with proper infill settings to achieve accurate hole sizing. If the design doesn't fit your punches, try scaling it up. Printing upside-down can also help resolve issues with the step inside the hole.
