<p>I wanted a letter opener for my mail, so finally decided to make one.</p><p>Designed this simple letter opener in Fusion 360. Made it a two piece design so it would have a good handle.</p><p><strong>Update</strong>: Added a larger handle with contours for thumb and two fingers</p><p><strong>Printing Instructions</strong></p><ul><li>Printed in PLA</li><li>Blade: 0.1mm layer height to get a sharp edge on the blade</li><li>Handle: Add a brim for additional support</li></ul><p><strong>Assembly</strong></p><ul><li>Slide the blade into the handle and push in</li><li>It was tight enough for me, you can add a drop of glue if it is loose</li></ul><p><i>If you print this, please post a make.
