This tutorial will show you how to customize your own tiles http://youtu.be/64DOe4i83dU; however, be cautious as a printed plastic "belt" could cause harm if used for corporal punishment. Each tile measures 40x40x6mm overall and 27.5mm between hinges, with buckle and latch measuring 106mm together. To determine the number of tiles needed, measure your waist, subtract the buckle measurement, then calculate [(waist-106mm)/27.5]. After printing all parts, widen hinge holes with a 2mm drill bit and connect tiles using 1.75mm "rivets" on front/back buckle pieces and clips on the other side (sanding may be required). Alternatively, print letter tiles, connect them, then add blanks until it fits around your waist.
