I just started working for the county, having previously worked in construction, and our office sends out numerous notification letters. In fact, I plan to use this same design when sending wedding invitations in the near future! I asked our secretary if we had a letter sealer on hand, but they weren't aware of one. Staples wants $17 for a similar product, which seemed steep to me. I searched Thingiverse for an alternative solution, but found nothing suitable. So, I designed this letter sealer in Autocad to meet my specific needs. After a failed first print, I realized that scaling down the design would be necessary. Keep in mind that you'll likely need to scale this object significantly to ensure proper fitment. **Print Settings** Printer: Hictop 3D-P11 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Notes: To achieve optimal results, I printed this letter sealer at a finer resolution and then treated it with an acetone vapor bath to prevent any water from leaking out during use. Feel free to adjust the print settings as you see fit!
