This thing was my first 3D project to design out of whole cloth, as it were. I used hand-drawn puzzle lines to generate SVG paths and converted the results to STL. My lack of experience with 3D design led me to use TinkerCAD, which is to say that I welcome any constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement.
