Every day we do things without even thinking about it, like breathing, walking, or eating a meal. Our bodies are capable of incredible feats, such as running long distances or lifting heavy weights. But how does our body actually do all this? What makes it tick? To understand the human body, let's start with the basics. The human body is made up of different systems that work together to keep us alive and functioning properly. These systems include the skeletal system, which gives our body shape and support; the muscular system, which helps us move and perform physical tasks; the circulatory system, which delivers oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body; the nervous system, which sends messages between different parts of the body; and the digestive system, which breaks down food into nutrients that can be used by the body.
