In terms of weight, it's nearly at optimum with just 256 grams (87.5% reduction). The structure is hollow and features variable wall thicknesses based on load requirements. A safety factor of 1.5, typical for aircraft components, has been implemented. However, titanium's low Young's modulus causes significant deformation - 5mm under the worst 8000lbs vertical load case. Nonetheless, this shouldn't be an issue for a workshop bracket.
