I've developed a system to create custom LEGO-like blocks, allowing me to design unique parts that can be 3D printed with precise tolerances. To achieve this, I've modified the original model dimensions to match those of traditional LEGOs, ensuring seamless compatibility. By optimizing the design for 3D printing without support structures, I've made it possible to create functional LEGO blocks that integrate perfectly with their real counterparts. Although these custom blocks work flawlessly with standard LEGOs, they still exhibit varying tolerances when used in conjunction with other 3D printed pieces or injection-molded parts. As my design evolves, I'll continually update the models and release new, customized LEGO parts for download, enabling enthusiasts to expand their creative possibilities.
