LESHP Z1 - Sinus z1 compatible This is a upgrade to allow a Bowden Hotend to be fitted. this includes Fan attachment and also belt attachment whilst maintaining heights so it fits origional machine without the need to change left and right axes until a later date if you decide to. see images and it should make sense. Future options to convert to a direct drive are optional and also allow for installation of touch sensor for bed alignment also at later date if required. All parts were printed with 100% infill at 0.2mm layer height in ABS filament. prototypes were made in PLA and also worked but i made finals parts in ABS simply for better strength and less brittle and more heat resistant, the Hot-End fits really tight and stable resulting in a better quality print, but is also very easy to remove if a blockage should happen or wear and tear. Overall i wanted to take a simple 3 bearing print carriage and make it more stable secure and WOW it is simply amazing compared to factory fitted stock and is a much better design than my first attempt. I have been using this design for over a year with no issues. This machine prints well at 25mm/s to 45mm/s but slower is better, if you are experiencing issues, slow the print speed down and adjust your hot end temperature also. in general 30mm/s print speed gives good quality prints and slower gives amazing prints. Have Patience and have fun making this will serve you well as a mod to upgrade this machine. Please note a blower fan will also need to be purchased to fit on the fan attachment, i made it universal and should fit most 15mm wide blower fans. (image included of on i used)
