I swapped out the mounting studs for the Power Extension board so I could bolt the Mosfet inside directly. The studs are now gone, replaced with empty spaces waiting to be filled by plastic standoffs. It's a bit of a lazy solution, but it gets the job done. This way, you can position the module exactly where you need it based on the wires and other factors at play.
