Lerdge display frame for Prusa Steel clone

I recently added a Lerdge board to my Prusa Steel clone and was left with unattractive holes around the screen, especially since it's the third screen I've installed on this printer - and the original hole in the frame was designed for a fourth screen model. In my scenario, the screen is installed below the surface of the frame panel, so I created a bezel with a 2 mm height on the back side to compensate. This means that supports are essential for printing.
