I recreated the original design with minimal modifications and saved it as a higher resolution STL file, effectively eliminating visible facets. I also redesigned the clover pattern on the side of the hat to give it a fresh look. The model's massive size is worth noting - hats shown in the image range from 2% to 5% (incrementing by .5%) of the total model size.
