I brought back to life a relic from an ancient site at Lepinski Vir that dates all the way back to around 7000BCE. I aimed to capture the artist's original intent, so I kept the edges sharp and defined, but I love the quirky, off-kilter asymmetry of it. I tweaked the eyebrows slightly to make the expression more prominent. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lepenski_Vir Experts believe that this has something to do with death based on the ribs and bones, and also possibly fish because of the shape of the mouth. The people who created this were river-dwellers, so fish played a vital role in their lives. You can interpret whatever symbolic meaning you'd like for this modern interpretation. GLUB GLUB! :-0 Print Settings: Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Notes: Use the GLUB_036.stl file with support material, and set the overhang threshold to 45°. The .stl is already rotated 80° so that it prints on its back. This means you only need to remove supports from one side. (If you want to print it upright for some reason, use GLUB_036_Upright.stl.) Set perimeters to 4. Infill density can be set really low. I generally use 15-20%. The teeny tiny holes in the chest give it extra strength. If they cause issues, use the GLUB_036_OneSurface.stl file instead.
