The amp's subwoofer knob is quite finicky; adding more space around it makes adjusting the volume a bit less frustrating. It's also just a more pleasant experience overall. You can install one of these knobs on both the subwoofer and crossover knobs, as they're close but don't overlap with each other.\r\n\r\n\r\nMy amp keeps the knob in place well enough, but you may need to adjust its size or use some adhesive putty to get a secure fit.
