Print it for yourself, give it to friends - it's a memorial, not a commercial product (although I'm flattered people want to sell it on eBay... ) but please, it's not to be sold and that's because it has a licensed logo on it, but also because selling it cheapens the ideal of why it was created. I can't say much, it is a very sad day indeed. I've watched Star Trek for about 32 years now... To my fellow Trekkies... I feel your pain. I was making a full-size bust of Spock and am still working on the face some more, but thought I'd detach the hand and make a small commemorative print out of it, I'm printing mine at 0.2mm, with no infill and no supports. I made sure the thumb didn't go too far over so it wouldn't require support.
