This 3D model originated from Sketchup 15, later transformed into every other 3D format possible. Native .skp files were used within a 3ds Max 2016 scene, then rendered using Vray 3.00 for added depth. Based on Laser Dollhouse Designs' original dollhouse concept, this iteration features an extended rear wall and revised stair placement. The main floor boasts a wraparound porch, inviting living room, spacious dining area, and country-style kitchen, alongside a detached garage that now connects to the newly built house via a connecting link containing a half-bath and storage closet. An open invitation exists to explore the proposed staircase leading down to the basement – see accompanying note within the stairwell. Weathered exterior walls have been expertly distressed for an authentic, aged appearance. The second floor reveals three distinct bedrooms, practical laundry facilities, and convenient bathroom access. Above this, the third floor unfolds as a majestic retreat, featuring the serene master bedroom, functional study area, and staircase accessing the expansive rooftop deck. Noteworthy details include the recessed niche, raised loft space, and skylight illuminating the master bedroom's tranquil ambiance. The model maintains its signature windows, replicated from Laser Dollhouse Designs' original design language, while an entirely custom-designed front entrance has been created in response to visual uncertainty within the initial documentation.
