Leomund's Secure Shelter / Stone Cottage 28mm scale

Here's my take on Leomund's Secure Shelter from D&D 3rd edition, which is still our go-to game due to our massive library of 3rd edition books. I based it on the illustration found on page 220 of the Player's Handbook, carefully scaling it up. I'm tired of constantly sketching it out on a wet-erase map or using other pre-made 3D tiles, so I wanted something more durable since we use it frequently at my table. If that doesn't work for you, this design can easily be adapted into a random cottage or house in any other RPG setting. I kept the design straightforward yet effective according to my humble opinion. The holes used for door and shutter hinges are large enough to accommodate 16-gauge tie wire, which I happen to have an abundance of. You can use a paper clip or thinner gauge wire instead, but you might need to add a tiny drop of glue to secure it at the bottom. I hope everyone enjoys this printable design.
