I created this custom Lenshood specifically for the Sigma 18-35mm F1.8 DC HSM Art Lens. Unfortunately, I misplaced my original one, which means I don't have exact measurements to share. Despite this setback, I was still able to design a Hood that fits seamlessly onto my Lens with its current settings.
