I adjusted the lenses to fit snugly at a slight angle, just like they would in regular frames. To ensure a secure fit, I enlarged them by 1% to make up for any slight irregularities. The clear PLA material worked perfectly for printing, and I attached them to the holders using Formula 560 canopy glue, which dries clear and bonds well with plastics. Here is a link to where I purchased this versatile adhesive. I designed five pairs of lenses with varying strengths so others can try out my goggles and see clearly. Additionally, I've shared the file for the template I used to trim the lenses down to size, making it easier for users to replicate my process. To secure the template in place, I employed two-sided tape, while a trimmer router helped me achieve precise cuts.
