Lensbaby Composer Pro Edge 80 Optic Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
It's the premium low-poly 3D model Lensbaby Composer Pro with Edge 80 Optic for Canon DSLR Cameras. Used in various fields of 3D Graphics, including game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, and visualization, among others. The modeling was done using ortho-photos of a real lens, so all the details of its design were recreated most accurately. One major benefit of this model is that it's easy to use - it consists of just two meshes, making it low-poly (and therefore lightweight on system resources), and has two materials: the Lens body and Glass Lens. Whichever renderer you choose to use, this model will always look realistic thanks to its high-quality photo-textures. The thoughtful design of the low-poly model combined with detailed textures means that a minimum amount of polygons can achieve maximum quality, which is more than enough for close-ups. For added realism, additional textures such as Specular, Glossiness, and Bump are used - for the best results, try setting Bump Multiplier to 0.1-0.2 in Maya Software materials or V-Ray MTL materials for Maya. The Specular and Glossiness maps enable various reflective and dispersing capabilities across different areas of the model, resulting in a more lifelike appearance that can be achieved with even more materials. There are four main textures to choose from - all with 3000 pixels per square in .png format - along with their original .PSD file formats in the provided archive. One other advantage is the ability to animate the lens head's angle position using a simple rotation of the head part group. This model was created using 'Maya 2009' 3D software and has accurate real-world dimensions, measured in centimeters. Each component is correctly grouped and named for ease of use. A bonus is an adjusted render-scene created with V-Ray 2.40 - it opens easily in earlier versions up to Maya 2012 because it's saved as a .ma file. The scene includes six V-Ray Rect Light + reflectors, along with the V-Ray MTL material assigned to the model. Preview images have been set on Timeline, which include keys of model and Render Camera position. If you're planning to use this model in other 3D software programs, there are saved scenes available in .fbx, .obj, .DAE, or .max(2010) formats. Note: Keep in mind that this is a low-poly model - not designed for smoothing modifiers.
