For my trusty UR85HD camera, I decided to upgrade the lens with a high-quality Runcam branded RC25G, but I needed a way to protect this valuable lens. That's why I designed the lens saver! I soon discovered that inserting the lens into position could be quite challenging, especially since it wouldn't come off easily if I were to make a crash landing. To overcome this issue, I created a custom solution. My lens saver can be mounted on all 17mm diameter HD lenses belonging to popular brands like Runcam's split series, Caddix Turtle, and Foxeer Mix.
