Lens Hood for Sony Tamron Minolta super wide agle zooms

UPDATE: A two-part version is now available for flexible materials at [www.thingiverse.com/thing:2951107](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2951107) This lens hood is engineered for a precise fit in both mechanical and optical aspects, significantly smaller than the standard ones. Initially designed for the Minolta - AF 17-35 F2.8-4 D, it fits this lens perfectly optically. Since the bayonet design is common among older Tamron-designed super wides, it will also work with several other lenses available with different mounts: * Tamron - SP AF 11-18 F4.5-5.6 Di II LD Aspherical IF * Minolta - AF DT 11-18 F4.5-5.6 D * Sony - AF DT 11-18 F4.5-5.6 D * Tamron - SP AF 17-35 F2.8-4 Di LD Aspherical IF * Minolta - AF 17-35 F2.8-4 D * Tamron - SP AF 10-24 F3.5-4.5 Di-II LD Aspherical IF (effectively useless due to the nodal point being located far forward on the lens) You may also get it to work with Canon, as the Canon APS-C sensor is significantly smaller than others. I despise most stock lens hoods because they're excessively bulky, rarely match the field of view, and often fit so poorly that they risk damaging the internal mechanisms of the lens. It features alignment marks for working position. In reverse position, a twist of about 45° will secure it in place.
