I printed out a custom lens cap for my Canon 10-18 wide-angle EF-S lens. It fits perfectly, without rubbing or marring the lens, and can be left on when attaching the lens to my camera. After several attempts at designing it, I finally got the dimensions right - tall enough to provide adequate protection, yet short enough not to obstruct my view while shooting in wide-angle mode. The design took less than two hours to print, and I was thrilled with the result.
