This is a custom lens-filter adapter. I designed it because my large filter and small lens wouldn't fit together properly. As the design stands now, the lens threads are expected to be 40mm in diameter and the filter threads 47mm. I haven't tried modifying the adapter for use with smaller filters than lenses, so you may need to experiment to see if it works for your setup. The design is largely parametric, which means that users of OnShape can copy it into their own accounts and modify the dimensions to fit their specific lens and filter requirements. There's also an optional extrusion that adds or removes a ring around the lens to increase stiffness and improve the fit on my particular lens. You may not need this feature. I adjusted the size of the thread interfaces: The model does not have threads, but the lens and filter threads cut into the plastic because the surface is sized to slightly interfere with them.
