I am manufacturing a lens case with Sony-A mount. The tube is screwed onto the lid of this case. There's also a belt attachment measuring 10mm. If someone requires a case for different dimensions, please send me a message - I only make cases for Sony-A mount lenses. I will soon add cases for MINOLTA AF 50mm f/1:1.7 (22) and SONY DT 3.5-5.6 /18-55 SAM II kit A58.
