I've decided to retire my old lens cap, which I had 3D printed in ABS, and design a new one that's optimized for TPE filament instead. The new design should work seamlessly with other "rubber-like" filaments as well. The prototype was successfully printed using NinjaFlex on a MakerBot Replicator at a speed of 40mm/s, with a layer height of 0.2mm.
