I already have a lens cap, so why bother 3D printing another one? When using a filter mount (third-party JJC LH-JX100) with two filters attached (clear and polarizer), the standard lens cap no longer fits properly due to interference from the filter mount. As a result, it tends to fall off. The new cap is designed to be padded inside, just like the original one. To achieve this, I added some stick-on felt sheets on the inside (as shown in the photo).
